NFL fans of the 80s are getting one last battle between two of the greatest quarterbacks of all time to close out one of the league's most legendary stadiums.

Candlestick Park in San Francisco is set to shut its doors this summer, as the new Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara will open up with an August 17 preseason game. But before The 'Stick is shuttered, it will welcome back the great Joe Montana in a flag football game against Super Bowl XIX foe, former Dolphins quarterback Dan Marino.

Montana will also be joined by fellow 49ers Jerry Rice, Roger Craig and Dwight Clark, while Marino will also play alongside other ex-NFL players.

The game is slated for July 12. The final event at Candlestick will be a Paul McCartney concert on August 14--almost 50 years after The Beatles played their final concert there in 1966.

What do you think--will it be great to see Joe and Dan face off again? Or is it just a nostalgia grab to milk a few last dollars out of Candlestick?
