Phil’s Quick And Tasty Mexican Spaghetti [RECIPE]
I can almost guarantee this recipe will become a family favorite. It’s flavorful, filling and simple to make in 30 minutes or less!
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cups water
- 1 15-ounce can tomato sauce
- 2 envelopes taco seasoning mix
- 12 ounces uncooked spaghetti noodles
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
Brown beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat; drain fat. Stir in water, tomato sauce and taco seasoning and bring to boil. Break spaghetti into thirds and stir into the sauce; reduce heat and cover. Let ingredients simmer for 15 minutes, then sprinkle cheese over top and serve.
Yields: 6 servings.
