Meteor Spotted Over Massachusetts

Folks around New England got quite the sky show earlier this week. 

Residents around Massachusetts and Maine reported seeing what apparently was a meteor racing through the sky Monday night between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m.  Officials with the American Meteor Society say their website got a lot of traffic following the meteor's appearance.  Officials say the object was most like what is called a "bolide" fireball, which can be very bright.
