Mercy Meals Shelter Needs Supplies And Volunteers

Mercy Meals and More has activated their temporary shelter at 634 Purchase Street in New Bedford as the area deals with the frigid cold which followed the recent snowstorm.

However, Shelter Manager Pete Wilde says the shelter's resources are becoming strained and they are desperate need of supplies.

Wilde also says they are need of volunteers who can help many of the shelter's overwhelmed staff members.
