Menino Transferred To Spaulding Rehab
Boston Mayor Tom Menino will remain hospitalized. He's spent the last few weeks at Brigham and Women's Hospital for treatment of a blood clot that traveled from his leg to his lungs, a compression fracture in his spine, and Dr. Charles Morris says for another back problem as well.
Menino has also been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. He's been transferred to Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital. It's unclear how long he'll remain there. Menino was first elected mayor in 1993. (Metro Inc.)
