Boston Mayor Tom Menino is questioning the values of Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney, a former governor of Massachusetts.

Addressing the Democratic National Convention in North Carolina, Menino challenged Romney's views on immigration and same sex marriage.

Menino called government a partner, not an enemy. He said Romney made a lot of "wrong-headed" decisions that were bad for Massachusetts. Menino added, when Romney was governor, Massachusetts was 47th out of 50 states in job creation.
