The humans say I have a medium energy level. I don't really know what that means...all I know is I love to play with other dogs and wish I had a family that would take me on fun adventures. I walk pretty well on a leash, I think! I am timid of new men, so I think I would probably prefer a more quiet home for now. We could have slumber parties and stuff. When I feel comfortable around you, I like to cuddle...a lot. I will jump in your lap and kiss you, I just can't control myself! I haven't met any cats yet but if you want to adopt me and you have cats I know that the volunteers at the shelter would test me with cats for you.

Please contact the Lighthouse Animal Shelter for more information on Belinda. You can also start the adoption process online or schedule a time to meet her. Please send inquiries to lighthouseanimalshelter@gmail.com or call 508-999-7387. View all dogs/cats for adoption at www.lighthouseanimalshelter.org.

Lighthouse Animal Shelter is an all-volunteer 501(c)3 organization that works to promote the welfare of animals at risk of euthanasia. In addition, we work with the community to maximize efforts in reducing pet overpopulation. We rescue all of our dogs from high-kill shelters down south (the majority being from Kentucky, South Carolina, and North Carolina) and transport them to our shelter for adoption. The adoption fee for all dogs is $375. This helps cover the cost of medical care received. All dogs are fully vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and microchipped.
