Toronto's mayor is apologizing for smoking crack cocaine, but he's not stepping down from his post.  During a press conference today, Mayor Rob Ford remarked that admitting he smoked crack was the toughest thing he's ever done.  Even so, he remarked that he was elected to do a job, and he intends to continue doing it.  He stressed that he has nothing left to hide and that he'd do anything to change the past.

Ford's admission comes after months of denying the accusations that he was caught on video smoking crack.  Less than a week ago, Toronto's chief of police announced that video has been found and appears to back up the accusations.  Earlier today, Ford said that he probably tried crack in one of his drunken stupors.
