Mayor Mitchell on Settlement [AUDIO]

Mayor Jon Mitchell is defending the 366 million dollar settlement with AVX Corporation for the removal of PCB's from New Bedford Harbor.  Mitchell admits, the settlement may not be enough to complete the job, but its a "win" for New Bedford nevertheless.

Mitchell says he's still talking with the EPA about disposal of PCB's in the harbor.  He also wants to get local firms signed up as contractors for the project, so some of that 366 million can stay in the community.
