Massachusetts gas prices are still falling, down another 2 cents per gallon in the past week.

AAA Southern New England reports Monday that a gallon of self-serve, regular has dropped to an average of $3.42 per gallon, eight cents below the national average.

Prices have now dropped 17 cents per gallon in the past month and are 40 cents per gallon lower than at the same time last year.
