First she was for it, and now State Senator Karen Spilka has changed her mind about the new computer software services tax, and wants it repealed!

A key supporter of the recent tax, Spilka now says that the bill was confusing and unclear! Senator Spilka, who happens to be running for the US Congressional seat vacated by Ed Markey, will file a bill asking to repeal the new tax that negatively impacts small businesses.

Many Democrats, who did not think this bill through, are now supporting its repeal, instead of wanting to fill a budget gap the old tax policy way.
