Markey Critical Of Senate Republicans

Massachusetts Senator Ed Markey is criticizing Senate Republicans for blocking extension of long-term unemployment benefits. Two procedural measures yesterday failed to get the votes needed to move forward. Markey says Republicans are "turning their backs on Americans looking for work." Long-term benefits for more than a million-and-a-half people, including 60-thousand in Massachusetts, expired in late December.
