Marketing Professor: Market Basket “A Great Lesson” for Family-Owned Businesses

Keene State College assistant professor of management Dr. Emily Porschitz chimed in on the Market Basket situation. Dr. Porschitz focuses on family-owned businesses, and said this is a “great lesson” for other such companies. In addition, she spoke about what type of challenges the part-time workers, who are being told there is no work for them this week, will face going forward.
