Marion Man Pleads Guilty To Weapons Charges
A Marion man has pleaded guilty in Federal Court in Boston to charges of illegally possessing a revolver, a sawed-off shotgun and ammunition.
Thirty-two year old Jeffrey Tosca was arrested in September, 2013 following a standoff with police at his home in Marion.
Tosca made threats to shoot law enforcement officers, prompting a swat team to respond and secure the area.
Tosca was arrested several hours later without incident, and the weapons were recovered from a storage container buried on the grounds of his residence.
Tosca could be sentenced up to ten years in prison, and a fine of $250,000. He'll be sentenced on May 31st.
