Emma Williamson, an Old Rochester Regional Junior High School seventh-grader, is one of 100 students across the state who qualified for the Massachusetts State Geographic Bee and will compete for the state championship.

According to South Coast Today.com, “Emma, a Marion resident, won her class geography competition in her social studies class and then went on to best students in the other grades. She then took another test which qualified her for the state competition Friday, April 1, at the Elms College in Worcester.”
