Man Shot On Tallman Street

New Bedford Police are investigating an overnight shooting on Tallman Street in the North End.

Police tell WBSM News, the shooting happened just before 3am on Sunday.  The victim was transported to Rhode Island Hospital and is listed in stable condition. There were no other reports of injuries.

Further details have not been released, but police were on the scene for several hours after the incident.
