Man Loses Part Of Hand On Disney’s Pirates Of The Caribbean Ride

MetroSource News - A British tourist is recovering after losing part of his hand while riding the Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom.

Authorities say the man lost the tips of his ring and pinky fingers on his right hand in Thursday's incident.

Exactly how the accident happened is unclear but Disney officials say a safety check was performed and the ride was reopened a few hours later.
