Malden, Massachusetts School Cancels Valentine’s Day

Today, elementary school children will not be allowed to participate in Valentine's Day at Salemwood School in Malden.

The principal sent home a letter on Wednesday, the day before Valentine's Day, telling parents that there would NOT be the exchange of any Valentine's Day cards because of cultural and language differences! This is outrageous and I'm heartbroken on Valentine's Day!
