1.     Accounting Specialist #5829729 - The Accounting Specialist will work in a collaborative, team-based environment with an Accounts Payable Clerk, Controller and CFO who oversees the operations of the entire team. This position will also work closely with the Purchasing and Inventory Control Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Accounting-Financial Reporting
Prepare financial reporting for Buying Group and Sales Inventive Rebates.
Monthly sales rep commissions and PGA Retirement Plus.
Assist with Corporate Social Responsibility compliance documentation
Maintain fixed assets.
Sales tax reporting-US and Canada.
Inventory item maintenance including standard costs.
Oversee vendor invoice matching.
Initiate wires to overseas inventory vendors.
Maintain inventory obsolescence reporting.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred

2.     Order Processor #5829726 - The Order Processor is responsible for the accurate and timely entering, tracking and invoicing of orders and entering and modifying customer information. This position is also responsible for preparing shipping and packing slips, processing change orders and generating tickets to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Enter new customers and modify existing customers' information. Print and collate orders.
Enter jobs from the Creative Department into daily production totals.
Track annotated or incomplete orders back to Customer Service or the Creative Department.
Process and track change orders. Track incomplete packing slips and out of stock (OOS) sheets.
Print and match picking tickets. Track orders to picking.
Enter shipping and packing slip information and prepare packing slips for shipments.
Assist in resolving shipping discrepancies.
Design and generate tickets and create new UPC's. Generate, print and email invoices.
Invoice customers' WAL/RAPS as needed. Order miscellaneous supplies.
Cut and create slivers.
Education and Experience: High school diploma required. Equivalent experience in a related field preferred.

3.     Customer Service Specialist #5829697 - Service Specialists communicate with our customer base and sales reps by phone, email and/or fax to answer product availability, shipping and delivery questions and to support the marketing and sales efforts of the company. This position is responsible for maintaining customer accounts to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently input data from customer orders.
Communicate efficiently with customers and reps, answering questions and troubleshooting.
Maximize customer satisfaction by providing consistently creative and proactive problem solving and thorough, consistent and error-free follow-through.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, reps and other team members.
Maintain maximum accuracy in customer records and orders.
Maintain customer accounts for timely order delivery.
Provide feedback to management on ways to improve customer service sales and efficiency.

Education and Experience: High school diploma required. Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred. 2 - 3 years Customer Service experience preferred.

4.     Packaging Worker #5856850 - Prepare products for packaging/ operating machinery for slicing and packaging/ pricing customer orders . clean up at end of day. Must speak English and have a high school diploma or GED. Prefer someone with food experience. Must be able to follow directions and work productively. Will train qualified candidate

5.     Line Cook #5856973 - Some experience preferred, but will train the right candidate. This is a full time position. Hours are days and nights along with weekends.

6.     Learning & Development Specialist #5856975 - Under the guidance of Learning & Development Manager; responsible for decisions in the design, implementation and auditing of Blount Operations Learning & Development programs. Ensuring ongoing, long term employee growth, in order to meet corporate requirements, and maximize employee potential.
Daily/Position Responsibilities:
Oversight of all Operations Learning & Development programs; to ensure consistent and successful implementation. Development, implementation, and auditing of Operations programs and personnel. Providing recommendations for improvement and successful program execution.
Works directly with staff within manufacturing environment; supporting L&D programs, continuously developing and mentoring employees with a continuous improvement mentality.
Works with Learning & Development Manager to identify and commit to Operations Development needs based on process, staff, and/or business factors. Create, update and audit of all job specific Operations training programs. Scheduling, organizing and delivering of Operations L&D programs by internal and/or outside development resources.
Works in unison with counter associate, to achieve department and corporate goals.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a strong computer skillset. Including knowledge of database, spreadsheet, Word, and PowerPoint software. Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese beneficial
Experience/Education: 2-4 year degree and 2-4 years of "training/teaching" experience or equivalent combination of education/work experience required. This person should have excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, be self motivated, detail oriented, able to multi-task, ambitious, and must have a teacher/mentor mentality.

7.     Process Coordinator #5856943 - This position requires a strong multi-faceted leader with the experience and talent to become the personification of processing efficiency and customer quality. You must be simultaneously proficient understanding overall company objectives and their relation to the most minute details encountered on the pack out floor. Your communication skills will allow you to be as effective in the meeting room as you are on the production floor. A strong mechanical aptitude will serve you well in this position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Accountable for "real time" material usage validation; meeting all specs and established guidelines.
Accurate and efficient use of floor level inventory tracking systems.
Ensure processing consistency and maximum efficiency of all batches. Including all regulatory requirements, recipe design and established processing guidelines.
Follow pre-established controls to ensure consistent processing and to avoid manufacturing delays; including verification of downstream processing state.
Ensure that all equipment is operated consistently within proven operating parameters, ensuring optimum production levels, without jeopardizing quality standards.
Ability to develop and train others on processing equipment; including assembly, disassembly and adjustment procedures.
Requirements Education and/or Experience: Two year degree from college or technical school; or three years related processing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
