Hopefully the weather turns out to be sunny and dry on Monday so you and the family can really enjoy a Memorial Day parade!

Dartmouth - Parade forms at 9 am at St. Mary's Church on Dartmouth Street, and kicks off at 9:30 am. Down middle, right on bridge, stop at elm for wreath ceremony approximately 10 minutes. Another ceremony at South Dartmouth Cemetery, followed by closing ceremonies at the Dartmouth Police Station.

Fairhaven - Parade begins at 8:30 am from the Center Street/Main Street intersection. The parade will march north to Riverside Cemetery and pause at Fairhaven High for the raising of the high school’s flag and the playing of the National Anthem by FHS music students.

Fall River - Parade forms at 1 pm and steps off at 2 pm from Kennedy Park and wraps up at the Fall River Government Center Atrium. Rain or shine.

Marion - Parade forms at 8:30 am and kicks off at 9 am at the Music Hall at 146 Front Street and ends at the Old Landing Veterans Memorial Park. In case of rain, all services will take place at the Sippican Elementary School.

Mattapoisett – Ceremony begins at 1:30 pm at the Center School. Parade will form on Barstow Street and proceed to the library for a wreath ceremony. From there, the parade will proceed to the Town Wharf where an observance will be held for those who lost their lives at sea. Units will be dismissed at the Town Wharf following the ceremony.

New Bedford - Parade forms at 11 am at the intersection of Parker Street and Hathaway Boulevard and steps off at 11:30 am. The Parade will travel east on Parker Street to County Street, north on County Street to Pope Street, and east on Pope Street into Clasky Park where a Memorial Day Ceremony will be held. The New Bedford Veteran’s Advisory Board and the New Bedford Office of Veterans Services invites anyone who attends the service in Clasky Park to bring a single flower of their choice to lay at the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial in remembrance of a veteran family member or friend.

Westport - Parade begins at 10 am at Town Hall, 816 Main Road and complete at Beech Grove Cemetery.
