Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai is a conservative candidate for the U.S. Senate in Massachusetts and he was assaulted on the campaign trail over the weekend, allegedly by a man with a strange artistic "talent."

Paul D. Solovay was arrested for assaulting the candidate at a rally in Great Barrington, Mass. after he first started yelling at the Indian-American from across the street. The white Solovay had heard the dark-skinned Ayyadurai call his liberal political opponent a "racist," and that may have triggered him into the violent rage that resulted in the attack.

Solovay was wearing a shirt emblazoned with the word "liberal" on the front when he attacked the 54-year-old immigrant from India who has four advanced degrees from the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The immigrant, who was hospitalized after the attack, is a Fulbright Scholar and started up seven successful high-tech companies.

Mr. Solovay takes pictures of naked Barbie and Ken dolls and sells the pictures on the internet.

He has a photograph of a white Barbie on the beach with two dark-skinned Kens, all naked and sharing a beach blanket, called "Southern Comfort" that only costs $932.41 on the internet.

He has another photograph of six naked Ken dolls on the beach he calls "South Beach G_ys" that is very reasonably priced as a poster for only $837.56, if you have been looking around for a poster of naked Ken dolls.

The artist, who was lugged for assault, has a picture of two Barbies with a Ken, all naked on the beach, called "Just the Three of Us" that can be yours in a frame for just $994.85, if you act now.

According to Paul Solovay's page on FineArtAmerica.com: "Through the use of Barbie and Ken dolls the artist is exploring sexuality, sexual identity and race relations. The viewer adds his or her own back story, the result is a metaphor reflecting societal morays and personal opinions."
