Driving on ice with actual tires is hard enough, but imagine driving on wheels made of ice!

Ice sculptors from London carefully installed their handcrafted ice wheels onto the Lexus NX after spending approximately 36 hours on each tire.

According to CNN, the tires were created by a four person team of sculpting experts from Hamilton Ice Sculptors, a 35-year-old business, which specializes in creating large-scale ice and snow installations.

After the tires were fully sculpted and put on, the car itself was then stored at -30°C for the next five days, until it was taken out of a chilled garage and driven.

The in-wheel LED lighting also adds another dimension to the crystal clear wheels.

Lexus states that the process took three months of research, design, and testing to achieve the project.
