Christmas is over, and the realization that Winter is a very ugly season is hitting us again. Snow dumped across the Midwest and Northeast, plus heavy winds and rain on the coast on Massachusetts.

While in Greater New Bedford we are mostly seeing rain, western Massachusetts is being covered by snow. Most of New England will likely see all snow through Thursday, and parts of Upstate New York have seen nonstop snow since yesterday.

Flights have been cancelled as a result, and the Midwest has seen a foot or more of snow in some areas. Near Boston and a the coast of Massachusetts there is a high wind warning through Thursday morning, and a coastal flood advisory.
