In a very strange turn of events, Lance Armstrong has decided to stop his fight against the US Anti-Doping Agency, and will be forced to give up everything. The biggest question that comes from this situations is: Is this an omission of guilt? Does Lance Armstrong giving up immediately confirm that he did in fact use illegal substances to win some if not all of his races?

Not only will Armstong be stripped of all seven of his Tour de France titles, he will be facing a lifetime ban from cycling. Armstong has been a pretty big ambassador of the sport, but it looks like that chapter of his life is over.

Armstrong claims that him giving up this battle does not mean he is guilty, he is simply running out of money and patience. He said that he has been facing the allegations since 1999, and is simply done with the 'nonsense'.
