Labelle: City Ready For First Winter Snow

Ron Labelle says if he had his way, Tuesday's snow storm would brush right by New Bedford.  But the city's D-P-I Commissioner knows that probably won't happen.

 With a forecast of 3-to-6 inches in our area, Labelle says its not a major storm.  But he says the city is ready to tackle whatever comes its way.
