The vehicle belonging to two suspects being sought for a kidnapping Tuesday night has been found, but the two suspects remain at large.

Gregg Miliote, a spokesman with the Bristol County District Attorney's Office, says the 1996 blue Nissan Sentra was spotted Wednesday morning near the Taunton/Freetown border.

Massachusetts State Police are processing the vehicle for evidence.

Warrants have been issued for both suspects identified as 28-year-old Adynew Alves of Boston and 28-year-old Stephanie Walker of Lawrence.

Alves is being charged with armed assault, assault and battery, and kidnapping. Walker is being charged with kidnapping and assault and battery.

Walker and Alves are accused of kidnapping a 49-year-old woman at gunpoint in the Boston area and forcing her into the trunk of the car.

The woman was able to escape on Route 24 in Taunton. Motorists came to the victim's aid and called police.

The suspects are considered armed and dangerous.
