According to ESPN, Garnett has some inflammation in his ankle, and originally injured it against New Orleans, and played on the injured ankle in Dallas. He sat out of the Celtics game on Saturday against Memphis and got an MRI done.

Garnett also did not practice on Monday, and Celtics president of basketball operations Danny Ainge said they need to work on getting him fresh.
