Keating Rips NSTAR For Poor Communications

Ninth District Congressman William Keating is ripping NSTAR for leaving customers in the dark about when their power might come back.  The utility says some people may have to wait till Tthursday to get their electricity restored.  Congressman Keating toured parts of the South Shore and Cape Cod on Monday, and says he heard complaints over and over again about NSTAR's lack of communication.  Keating tells WBSM News, its not only private citizens complaining, the public sector is also weighing in....
