After the controversy with a French magazine getting topless pictures of Kate Middleton, the Royal family has won. A court ruled in their favor today.It has been a very tiring week for Prince William and Kate Middleton. They had to keep extinguishing fires after many people saw pictures of the Duchess topless.

The photos had been taken in the privacy of their own hotel room, while vacationing, so many believed that the magazine had no right to those photos. Today, they get their revenge. The French publishers are being fined a total of $2500 for publishing the photos. No newws as to whether or not they face more legal action.
