Judge Sentances Teen To Church, Instead of Jail?

Holy moley! In Oklahoma recently, a Muskogee County District Judge imposed a probation sentence of 10 years of church on a 17 year old found guilty of manslaughter!

That's a rather unusual sentence, wouldn't you say? And then there's the First Amendment! Do you think this judge, good intentions aside, violated the Constitution?
