According to the New York Times, a judge has made a rulign that all girls should be bale to get the morning-after pill, regardless of age.

The judge who made the ruling, Federal Court Judge Edward R. Korman said that the governments restrictions on the drug were 'arbitrary, capricious, and unreasonable.' Before, girls who were 16 and younger had to get the drug as a prescription, but now it looks like they will be able to get it without that.

The FDA has not commented on the ruling yet, and it's unclear if the goverenment will file an appeal against the ruling.
