The judge in the Aaron Hernandez trial is banning a local television cameraman until a verdict comes down.

Judge Susan Garsh scolded the WHDH cameraman for trying to follow jurors as they left the Massachusetts courthouse. Garsh described Wednesday's incident as "juror harassment."

Two jurors said a van from the station was watching them as they got in their vehicles at a private parking lot. The jury is bused to the parking lot daily in hopes of keeping media and other bothersome observers away.

The cameraman said he made a snap judgement to follow the jurors to the parking lot so he would know where to go to get comments after a verdict was read.

Jury deliberations in the trial will resume at 9 a.m. Eastern time Friday, but will adjourn early due a scheduling conflict. The jury has discussed the case for 16 hours without reaching a verdict.
