There will be no change on the bench in the Aaron Hernandez murder trial.

Prosecutors asked Judge Susan Garsh to step aside, alleging she and prosecutor William McCauley have a ``history of antagonism'' stemming from a 2010 murder trial.  James Sultan, the attorney for Aaron Hernandez argued the recusal request was without merit.

Judge Garsh denied the motion, saying she had no bias against the prosecution...

After the hearing, District Attorney Sam Sutter said the decision would not be appealed.

The next court date for Hernandez is December 13th.
