In 2011, Jonathan Papelbon left the Boston Red Sox for what seemed like greener pastures in Philadelphia, but it doesn't seem to be the case anymore.

According to Deadspin, in a recent interview Papelbon said that he "..didn't come here for this." So what is Papelbon speaking of? The once promising Phillies missed the playoffs in 2012, and so far in 2013 they aren't looking much better.

The Phillies are currently sitting in third place,11 games back of first place, in the National League East, and have lost eight straight - the most recent a 12-4 loss to Detroit.

Former Red Sox, and now Phillies, closer Jonathan Papelbon has the solution. Do as the Red Sox did, and get rid of everyone. We assume he means all of the so called "stars", and egos. Of course Papelbon would probably fit that category, since he is still owed $26 million through 2015.

So who else could the Phillies get rid of, and start over? Ryan Howard? Jimmy Rollins? Deadspin points out this is not likely to happen.

While he isn't happy in Philly, it looks like Papelbon may not have signed up for this, but it's what he is currently stuck with.
