John Farrell Misses Out on Manager of Year- WBSM Wednesday Sports (AUDIO)

Red Sox manager John Farrell finished second in the voting for American League Manager of the Year. Cleveland Indians skipper Terry Francona was the winner with Oakland's Bob Melvin finishing third. Pirates Manager Clint Hurdle was the winner in the National League.

At the Baseball General Managers meeting in Orlando, Sox GM Ben Cherington says they really want to bring Mike Napoli back to the team. Cherington was named MLB Executive of the Year.

The Celtics are back in action tonight as they host the Charlotte Bobcats. Boston has won four in a row.

The Bruins are off until tomorrow night when they host the Blue Jackets.

The Patriots are back at practice as they gear up for next Monday's game with Carolina.
