Janelle Guennette was crowned Miss New Bedford Sunday September 23rd, she stopped by this morning to chat with Pete & Neal. 22 year old Janelle Guennette probably never thought she would be the winner of Miss New Bedford, and here she does it on the 60th anniversary.
