The children of late "Sopranos" actor James Gandolfini stand to inherit millions after their 21st birthday.

Gandolfini reportedly left the majority of his 70-million-dollar estate to his 13-year-old son, Michael, and infant daughter, Liliana, in a lengthy will, details of which have gone public.

Michael will receive the bulk of the fortune, which is being kept in a trust fund until he comes of age.  He and Liliana will reportedly share their father's estate in Italy when Lily turns 25.

Court documents filed Tuesday in Manhattan also reveal the late actor was very generous with other family members and close associates.

His wife, Deborah Lin, will receive the second largest division of his property after his children.

Gandolfini died suddenly on June 19th in Rome.  He was 51.
