Internationally recognized French chef, award-winning television personality and author, Jacques Pepin will be the guest of Professor and Mrs. Mel Yoken at the Boivin Center for French Language and Culture at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, on April 1 at 4 p.m. in celebration of its 30th anniversary.

This signature event will take place in the Woodland Commons and will include an exclusive cooking demonstration, lecture, Q & A and book signing all free and open to the public, with occupancy limited to 175.

The second part of the event will be an elegant six-course dinner honoring Monsieur Pepin. Tickets are $100 per person and is limited to 72 guests. Reservations must be received by March 15.
