Is Time to Start Treating Marijuana like Alcohol?

On Wednesday, a Rhode Island State Representative will introduce legislation aimed at regulating, controlling and taxing marijuana!

Many in the past have said that legalizing marijuana and regulating it would bring a lot of money for the state. The tax dollars would really benefit the state. But is this a good thing? Are we responsible enough as citizens to do this?

Since nearby Rhode Island is doing this, is it time that Massachusetts looks into this?
