Is the new normal for educating our children going to be based on expecting a little more from the THAT group and a little less from THAT group? The Florida State Board of Education passed a plan that sets goals for students in math and reading based upon their race.

90% of Asians need to be above the porjected reading level, while only 74% of black students are expected to reach that goal. How can this be?
