A lawyer for 83 year old mobster James "Whitey" Bulger, accused of at least 19 murders, is trying to get the judge kicked off his client's case to 'protect the court's integrity!'

As much as it pains me to write the word integrity in the same sentence as Bulger, the defense claims U.S. District Judge Richard Stearns can't be impartial because he was a federal prosecutor during some of the time Bulger was an FBI informant.

A government lawyer, on the other hand, countered that Stearns did not participate in or know of any investigations involving Bulger while serving as a federal prosecutor! So here's the question-of-the-day:
