One of the big attractions at "City Celebrates" in New Bedford was ice sculptor Billy Poe of Brookline,  Massachusetts.  Poe used a chain saw to create a moon, the sun, and numbers "two-zero-one-and three" out of three blocks of ice.  Dozens of people stopped by Custom House Square to take pictures with Poe and his creations.  Poe tells WBSM News, people love to see things made by hand....

Poe says the ice sculptures should stick around for at least a week, barring warmer temperatures or rain.
