Household Name, ‘Dear Abby’, Passes Away at 94

You have heard her name plenty of times, read her column in a newspaper, and maybe even responded to someone by saying "Who Do i Look Like, Dear Abby"?

The famous advice columnist has passed away at the age of 94 after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease.Her real name was Pauline Friedman Phillips, and she wrote under the name Abigail Van Buren She started her advice column in 1956 and is now being carried on by her daughter, and Dear Abby even has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
