Homeless R.I. Man Arraigned in New Bedford
A homeless Rhode Island man has been arraigned in New Bedford District Court after violating his terms of bail.
According to the Bristol County DA’s office, 21-year-old Dylan Harris was arrested in Dartmouth as the result of an investigation after area residents expressed concern over Harris’s presence near a Dartmouth school.
Harris was arraigned in Third District Court this morning on a fugitive charge, and is being transferred to Rhode Island where he faces charges in connection with his bail violation.
Harris was previously arrested in Rhode Island on child pornography charges.
