One woman was hospitalized after a high speed chase that crossed state lines.

Norton Police say that at roughly 8:05 p.m. Wednesday an officer attempted to stop a vehicle on W. Main St. at CVS Pharmacy.
The driver of the vehicle, identified as 36-year-old Kristylyn McKenna of Rehoboth, was operating the without a valid driver’s license.
McKenna allegedly continued driving at a high rate of speed and continuously tried to stop the vehicle while it traveled into Attleboro.
The vehicle then got onto I-95 S and the officer ended the pursuit as the vehicle approached the Rhode Island border.
It was then learned that the car struck a guard rail in Pawtucket, R.I. and McKenna was taken to Memorial Hospital in Pawtucket for non-life threatening injuries.
Norton Police say they are charging McKenna with failure to stop for a police officer, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.
