I was watching this video this morning and I wanted to share it with you.

Michael Ferns is a senior at St. Clairsville High in Clairsville, OH. He gave up a touchdown one yard from the end zone so that his teammate, Logan Thompson, could score instead. Logan's father died two days before the game.

Coach Brett McLean had secretly been urging the team to set Thompson up for a touchdown, but it was Ferns who made it happen. In fact, refs initially thought Thompson had scored a touchdown, and had to be convinced otherwise. For Thompson, a freshman, it was his first varsity touchdown.

We hear so many negative stories about youth sports I thought we needed a reminder that there are plenty of good kids out there.
