Jurors in the Aaron Hernandez Murder Trial will not hear about accusations against Hernandez in another shooting incident.

Alexander Bradley filed a lawsuit alleging that the former Patriot shot him in a Florida strip club in February, 2013.

Although it was previously ruled that prior bad acts wouldn't be allowed, prosecutors argued that defense council made it relevant by saying Hernandez and Odin Lloyd were friends and Hernandez would never shoot a friend.

After hearing arguments from both sides Bristol County Superior Court Judge Susan Garsh ruled that Hernandez's attorneys haven't said or done anything that would allow Bradley's allegations to be introduced.

However, Garsh did say that there are scenarios in which it could be allowed.

The shooting incident took place four weeks before the killing of Odin Lloyd.
