Former Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez will be back in court next month to answer charges he assaulted an inmate earlier this year, and made threats against a corrections officer and his family.

Hernandez was indicted on the assault and threats charges on May 1st.  He'll be arraigned on June 16th in Fall River Superior Court.

Hernandez is already being held without bail in the House of Correction for the murder of Odin Llloyd in June, 2013.

Judge E. Susan Garsh is already the presiding judge in Hernandez' murder case, and according to the Herald News, she will handle the new cases as well.
