Aaron Hernandez is now behind bars in the Bristol County House of Correction in Dartmouth.

The former Patriot was transported to the Faunce Corner Road Facility after his arraignment in Attleboro District Court Wednesday.

After being escorted into the prison, Hernandez met with Bristol County Sheriff Tom Hodgson, who gave the pro-player a rundown of what he can expect in terms of treatment.

Hodgson says Hernandez seemed calm and comfortable.

Hodgson says Hernandez will be treated the same as any other inmate at the facility.

Hernandez faces one count of murder and five counts of firearms charges in connection with the shooting death of his friend, Odin Lloyd.
