The guilt or innocence of Aaron Hernandez will be determined by a jury.

During a hearing on Friday Hernandez's defense attorney James Sultan asked Judge E. Susan Garsh to find Hernandez not guilty, arguing that prosecutors haven't proven their case.

Prosecutor William McCauley disagreed arguing that they made their case and said that the physical evidence they presented clearly pointed to Hernandez's involvement in Odin Lloyd's death.

In the end Judge Garsh sided with the prosecution.

The prosecution rested their case on Thursday. The defense will make their case when the trial resumes on Monday.
